The Pittsburgh Technology Council has arranged to make employee benefits programs available to members through the Pennsylvania Technology Council Employee Benefits Trust. "Employee Benefits Group" refers to PHTC Services, Inc., a subsidiary of the Pittsburgh Technology Council. The Employee Benefits Group administers the benefit programs for the Trust.
